Need for self employment

 

The reasons for the need for self-employment in our country are as follows.

(1)   Due to the huge increase in the population of India, it is not possible to provide employment to this huge population for various reasons, so it is necessary to turn to self-employment.

(2)   Indians basically prefer family. So not everyone has the mentality to leave home or stay away from the village to get a job. Therefore, self-employment done near home or in the village is useful for such a person.

(3)   The Day by day Since the increase in the number of unemployed and the number of jobs - the job has to be kept waiting year after year for many could be created . Still can't get a job . So the days of hope in life are in vain . Then To spend time without a job find themselves : to become profitable, if a business or industry started .

( 4 )   Even though Jobs had all the conditions , terms , workmen etc . I don't like things . Therefore, it is useful for such individuals to turn to self-employment in their area of ​​interest .

( 5 ) Since the number of job seekers in our country is much higher than the number of job givers, not everyone can get a job. However, if the number of self-employed entrepreneurs and professionals increases, the problem of their own employment will not be solved and they will provide employment to many others. This helps in reducing the number of unemployed in the country to some extent. That is why self-employment is needed.

( 6 )   Many people in our country who are not educated but have some basic skills that have been passed down through the tribal tradition , will not get a job or their skills will not be used in the job . 

( 7 )   Due to the facilities of education in the country, the number of educated and technicians has increased to a great extent . Their qualities do not always get the job they want . For them , creating self-employment opportunities in industry , services and trade is not only beneficial for them , but also very beneficial for the development of the nation .

The scope or benefits of self-employment are as follows.

1) An ingenious, innovative and skilled person can prove his worth by getting the right space.

3) There is no limit to one's own income. You can increase your income by working hard.

4) You can do whatever you want independently.

5) You can control the working conditions around you.

6) You can live your own independent, imitation free life. 

(7) The problem of self-employment is solved but at the same time it is possible to create employment for others.

(8) Helps to eliminate the problem of unemployment.

(9) Helps in the growth of small scale industries in the country.

(10) Own entrepreneurship is conducive towards national development.

Limitations for self employment

LIMITATIONS OF SELF EMPLOYMENT

The limitations / disadvantages of self-employment can be stated as follows.

( 1 ) In all cases the risk has to be accepted 

( 2 ) We have to work indefinitely . Working hours are not fixed .

( 3 ) Future and income are not guaranteed . Income is not fixed .

( 4 ) In the beginning, there is always a financial crisis .

( 5 ) Extensive responsibilities - these fall .

( 6 ) The family is neglected due to constant work and labor .
